Homemade Bread   

Ingredients:

  1. 4 spoons (40g) goat milk powder 
  2. 200g water
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 and 1/4 teaspoon (10g) honey
  5. 2 tablespoon (40g) sugar
  6. 2g salt
  7. 3 cups (420g) flour
  8. 1 and 1/4 teaspoon (4g) yeast
  9. 2 tablespoon (30g) butter

Directions:

  1. Pour all the ingredients except flour, yeast, and butter into the mixer and mix.
  2. Pour in the flour, make a small pit at the top of the flour, put in the yeast, then start to knead, finally put in the butter, and continue to knead until the dough appears glutenous.
  3. Divide the kneaded dough into several parts, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until double in size.
  4. Brush the dough with egg wash and place it directly into the oven so that the dough is in the middle of the oven.
  5. No need to preheat the oven, 170 degrees on the upper and lower heat, 23 minutes (time and temperature can be adjusted according to the temperament of each oven)
  6. Watch the color of the dough, when the dough appears light golden brown, cover with a layer of tin foil.
