Homemade Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 spoons (40g) goat milk powder
- 200g water
- 1 egg
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoon (10g) honey
- 2 tablespoon (40g) sugar
- 2g salt
- 3 cups (420g) flour
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoon (4g) yeast
- 2 tablespoon (30g) butter
Directions:
- Pour all the ingredients except flour, yeast, and butter into the mixer and mix.
- Pour in the flour, make a small pit at the top of the flour, put in the yeast, then start to knead, finally put in the butter, and continue to knead until the dough appears glutenous.
- Divide the kneaded dough into several parts, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until double in size.
- Brush the dough with egg wash and place it directly into the oven so that the dough is in the middle of the oven.
- No need to preheat the oven, 170 degrees on the upper and lower heat, 23 minutes (time and temperature can be adjusted according to the temperament of each oven)
- Watch the color of the dough, when the dough appears light golden brown, cover with a layer of tin foil.
