Goat Milk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour 
  2. 1 tablespoon sugar
  3. 2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 3 spoons (30g) goat milk powder
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 tablespoon melted unslated butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all the powdered ingredients into a large bowl. Pour egg and melted butter into the mix and stir until smooth. 
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat without oil, turn the heat down to medium-low
  3. Ladle 1 spoonful of batter into the pan and spread the batter into a round with a spoon.
  4. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface, flip over, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour on honey and blueberries or other seasonal fruits. Enjoy!
