Goat Milk Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 spoons (30g) goat milk powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon melted unslated butter
Directions:
- Mix all the powdered ingredients into a large bowl. Pour egg and melted butter into the mix and stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat without oil, turn the heat down to medium-low
- Ladle 1 spoonful of batter into the pan and spread the batter into a round with a spoon.
- Wait until bubbles appear on the surface, flip over, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
