Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
- 150g butter
- 90g Powdered sugar
- 4 spoons (40g) goat milk powder
- 70g dried cranberries
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Soften the butter into a large bowl, while weighing the other ingredients.
- Add sugar and the egg into the softened butter and mix well.
- Add dried cranerries (cut small but not too chopped), mix well.
- Sift in the flour and milk powder and mix well.
- Shape and wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge (not the freezer) for 1 hour.
- Take out the dough and cut it into slices of uniform thickness. Line up the pieces on a lined tin.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 325 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown at the edges.
