Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
  2. 150g butter
  3. 90g Powdered sugar
  4. 4 spoons (40g) goat milk powder
  5. 70g dried cranberries
  6. 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Soften the butter into a large bowl, while weighing the other ingredients.
  2. Add sugar and the egg into the softened butter and mix well. 
  3. Add dried cranerries (cut small but not too chopped), mix well. 
  4. Sift in the flour and milk powder and mix well. 
  5. Shape and wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge (not the freezer) for 1 hour. 
  6. Take out the dough and cut it into slices of uniform thickness. Line up the pieces on a lined tin. 
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 325 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown at the edges.
